Eden Futures deliver exceptional support services for people with Learning or Physical Disabilities, Autism, Mental Ill Health and associated complex needs.

From assisting with routine activities to providing 24-hour one-to-one care, we use our experience and expertise to help people on their journey towards greater independence and a fulfilling life.

Our Supported Living service in Chorley consists of 8 individual apartments which form a small community in the town centre. We provide 24/7 support for 8 service users and our vision is to help people achieve fulfilling and independent lives.

As the service is currently growing, we have employment opportunities available for a full time, part time or bank contract. Prior experience in Care/Support Worker is welcomed but not essential as we provide full paid training.
